Well as every one pointed out, there wasn't a business question posted as yet, so here's the first one......

The organization is named after a place X. Now X can be associated with royalty, and when it comes to royalty there will be titles, (for eg Duke of Wales will be say, B of Y) now the organization was actually founded by A of X, but his dictatorial rule of the organization led to so much resentment, that the stake holders decided to get rid of him, and to such extent that they credited the origin of this organization to B of X.
